All referees must undergo a certification check to ensure they possess current certification.  Those with expired certification will not be permitted to officiate at the event, as mandated by SafeSport regulations. If you wish to participate as a referee, please get in touch with Saro Balagezyan.  We will also be providing breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.  This will be a testing and evaluation site for all USA Judo National Referees.  While we require at least N3 level referees, we welcome lower level referees to work with the team for development purposes.  Care system for all 4 mats will be provided.  Referees will wear usual attire, bring your own radio with headsets.

The Referee/Coaches Rules meeting is scheduled for Saturday, September 7, 2024 from 6:00 to 7:00pm at 506 Café, 246 Wanaque Avenue, Pompton Lakes, NJ.  During this session, rules will be explained.  Additionally, the Referee will report to venue Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 8:00 to 8:45am for quick meeting prior to tournament.  Meeting will include a group photo session and discussions regarding the rules.
